With the capacity to accommodate 20 passengers, the Galaven yacht offers a Galapagos naturalist cruise. This 27-meter (89 ft) expedition vessel is manned by a Captain and eight highly experienced crew, together with two Galapagos National Park guides for small-group excursions.
There are eight cabins to select from during your Galaven Galapagos cruise, four of which can accommodate three guests (a double bed and a bunk bed). All cabins have private bathrooms, air-conditioning and ocean views.
Galaven Galapagos cruises feature a range of exciting daily excursions, including hikes, panga rides and snorkeling, with spacious outdoor seating areas and sun loungers to relax in at the end of the day. There is a large interior dining room and alfresco dining space to soak up the sea breezes, together with a small library housing literature on the natural and human history of the islands and a TV/DVD player. Complimentary snorkeling gear is provided to all guests on the Galaven yacht, while wet suits are available to rent for the duration of the cruise.
The Galaven yacht is set across three decks, with the main deck housing most of the social areas, including the lounge, bar, kitchen and dining spaces. Two matrimonial suites are also located here, while the lower deck has four double cabins and the upper deck has two additional double cabins, together with an alfresco dining area.
