Santa Fe is a small, rugged island located south of Santa Cruz Island, in the middle of the Galapagos Archipelago. The island has a unique species of Land Iguana found only here as well as an endemic species of mice. A short circular trail takes visitors along the cliff edge where the iguanas are usually sunbathing together with Lava lizards and Galapagos Hawks. Santa Fe is also a great snorkeling site, as it has a small bay with shallow, crystal clear waters where is possible to see stingrays, sea lions, sea turtles, marine Iguanas and many shorebird species.
